In Secrets, a personal and intense musical performance, Claron McFadden and her fellow artists convey anonymous testimonies by the audience concerning life, love and death. The sung, whispered or projected passages will be recognizable for the secrets’ ‘authors’, while transcending the individual experience due to their deeply human, universal dimension.

The music is a fusion of chamber music, jazz and classical vocal music. McFadden is both storyteller and singer (...) the music interweaves perfectly with her clear speaking voice. With her subtle poise she finds the right expression for each song and to lead us through this secret world.
